Second order of business. One of the challenges of being an independent author is providing potential customers with links to your book. The problem is that there are many Amazon stores and it is time and space consuming to provide links to your book in all of them.

To the rescue: there are tools out there that can provide a universal link to Amazon bookstores. Just google something like “universal link for Amazon books.” These links will take the user to your book in their regional Amazon store, be it Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, or whatever. The link I used above was provided by a free service called kdpbook.link. There are others. I’ve only used this service once, so can’t say much about it except that it seems to work.

I’m very happy to have found it. Anything that makes it easier for readers to find your book is more than welcome.
